Conditions of Sale

• Prices given in Dutch currency (NLG) are definitive. Please check the current rate of exchange in foreign currencies with your bank, and make payment accordingly. USD-prices apply to deliveries in the Americas only.
• Customers in the European Community should quote their Value Added Tax number on all orders. Customers with no V.A.T. number should add the appropriate amount of V.A.T. when making payment.
• Subscriptions are entered on a calendar year basis (January - December), and expire with the last issue of the last volume listed.
• Subscriptions will be entered on standing order basis. Renewal notices will be sent automatically.
• Subscriptions are accepted on a prepaid basis only, and delivery will take place after receipt of payment.
• Subscription prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• All prices listed include postage and handling.
• Special and/or private rates are available upon request.
• Requests for private subscriptions should be sent to the publisher direct. By sending this request private subscribers are declaring that the subscription is for their personal use only and that it will not be put at the disposal of any library.

Payments

Payment may be made by bank draft, personal cheque, credit card, international money order, or UNESCO coupons. All prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax (V.A.T.). Customers in the Netherlands please add 6% V.A.T. USD-prices apply to deliveries in the Americas only.

Claims

Claims for missing issues must be made within three months after mailing date of the following issue, otherwise such claims cannot be honoured free of charge.

Cancellations

No cancellation can be accepted for the current calendar year after a subscription has been entered.

Address Changes

Always mention in full the NEW and OLD address and the title of the journal concerned. Please supply address labels if available.

Dispatch

Postage & handling charges include surface delivery except for the following countries where air delivery via Airpost mail or Bulk Airfreight is ensured:
