What are they ?
The random quotes on bottom of each page are generated by the standard Linux fortune cookie utility. This however has nothing to do with random go proverbs. One of our members (Steven J. Manson) has written Random Go Proverb Generator in Java.

While these randomly generated proverbs might be amusing, and at times deep, and sometimes they might even be useful, they are not guaranteed to improve your play. On the contrary following them might be detrimental. They are generated for the amusement only, and any usefulness is purely coincidental. So consider yourself warned.
